3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month refunds (we do not prorate subscriptions)

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Your account access will be terminated immediately
- You will receive a confirmation email
6. Subscription Cancellation
If you don't want a refund but wish to cancel your subscription:
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain access until the end of the paid period
- No refund is provided for the remaining days
7. Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial allows you to test the platform before committing:
- No credit card required for the trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
- If you don't cancel, you'll be charged for your selected plan
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to pursue the debt
- Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
9. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The change takes effect at your next billing cycle
- No refund is provided for the difference
- You retain your current plan features until the end of the period
10. Exceptional Circumstances
