SignalTrader provides a platform for trading signal distribution. We connect signal providers (traders) with subscribers who wish to receive trading signals for various financial instruments including cryptocurrency, forex, stocks, and commodities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to our services requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Trading Signals Disclaimer

Trading signals provided through our platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and you may lose all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the service.

All content on SignalTrader, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SignalTrader or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SignalTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of trading signals.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
